Dominanta receives statement of conformity for premium residential complex Hide

Development company Dominanta has announced that it has received a statement of conformity (SoC) for the premium-class residential complex Hide, located at 1st Setunsky Proezd. This document confirms that the construction of the residential complex has been completed in accordance with the design documentation and current technical regulations. The next and final stage of the project before the keys are handed over is obtaining the commissioning permit. The project was implemented by Dominanta development company in partnership with MR Group. It has turned out exactly as intended and has undoubtedly become a new landmark in Ramenki. It combines bright modern architecture, panoramic views of Moscow in 85% of apartments, an optimal balance of private and public spaces, as well as maximum comfort and functionality for future residents," said Dominanta CEO Denis Borodako. The Hide residential comprises three 41-story skyscrapers. Each of the towers is unique and has its own name: Westdale faces west, RiverSide is located near the Setun River, and ParkLane is surrounded by the greenery of the courtyard and hidden from view. The architectural concept was developed by the leading Moscow bureau ADM. In total, the project offers 863 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 274 m2, including penthouses on the upper floors. Apartments are delivered with white box finish. The project also features a two-level parking lot with 684 parking spaces and 29 spaces for motorcycles. Hide separates its public and private spaces. Residents will be able to access the gated community through a freestanding building with a colonnade—the central grand lobby. It houses the reception area, seating areas, online purchase pickup points, and meeting rooms. On the first floors, there are street retail spaces offering goods and services for both residents of the complex and the local district, including a children's development center, minimarket, cafe, beauty salon, and more. The Hide residential complex is located in the prestigious western district, near the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve and Vorobyevskaya Embankment. It offers easy access to the starting point of the pedestrian route along the Moscow River: from Sparrow Hills through Neskuchny Garden and Gorky Park to Museon. Hide is just a few minutes away by transport from the Moscow-City business district and the largest sports cluster, Luzhniki.
