Dominanta has acquired a 1.7 hectare plot on 3rd Setunsky Proezd. The developer plans to use it to build a premium class residential complex. The future complex is located near the Moscow River, with the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve and Sparrow Hills within walking distance. Despite such close proximity to nature, future residents can enjoy urban amenities as well, with two nearby metro stations, Kutuzovskaya and Studencheskaya, offering convenient access. Already during the design phase, Dominanta is actively exploring procurement markets open to Russia. The developer is conducting test purchases of samples to ensure that materials align seamlessly with the concept of premium real estate both in terms of quality and aesthetics.
