The 15th anniversary ceremony of the international award "Real Estate Market Records" was held in Moscow. The hideOUT residential complex from Dominanta became the winner in the nominations "Infrastructure of the object No. 1" and "Best improvement of the project". hideOUT is the flagship project of Dominanta. One of its bright advantages will be SocialHUB - 16 additional spaces for relaxing with family and friends, playing sports and working remotely. SocialHUB will be located on the bridge connecting the towers at a height of 22 floors, and will be available only to residents and their guests. This year, more than 300 nominees from 25 regions of Russia took part in the Real Estate Market Records award. The winners of the award form a rating of the best real estate properties, which serves as a guide for buyers.
