The QOOB business center developed by Dominanta, a real estate developer, has been awarded special "Premiere of the Year – Modern Business Space" prize following the results of Arendator Awards, a professional event. This award confirms the premium quality of the project featuring a well-thought-out concept and state-of-the-art services.

Arendator Awards, a federal commercial real estate award ceremony, is held annually with the aim of outlining development standards and market development vectors and establishing a reliable and simple benchmark for both tenants and investors when choosing properties.

"When devising the concept for QOOB, we sought to create an expressive project with its own individuality and character. However, it must simultaneously become a comfortable working venue for future residents no matter how big their businesses are. We have developed flexible layouts, open terraces on the roof of each building, an underground parking and necessary retail space on the ground floors. To enable efficient building management, Smart Office functions will be integrated. The QOOB business center is located on Aleksey Sviridov Street, at the intersection of Kutuzovsky Avenue and Rublevskoye Highway. The total area of the project is 21,450 sqm. The business center will comprise two 10-storeyed buildings featuring energy-efficient stained glass with a mirror coating as envisaged by the developer which will optimize energy costs by reducing heat loss in wintertime and air conditioning costs in summer. The architectural concept for the business center was developed by architectural office IND Architects.

Easily adaptable for businesses of any scale, flexible layout solutions ranging from 54 sqm to an entire floor are one of the distinctive features of the project. Office space will occupy floors two through nine with the first floor featuring a cheerful lobby with 9-meter ceilings, stained-glass windows and retail space with separate entrances. The top floor will feature a trafficable roof with co-working and recreation areas accessible to residents. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in Q4 2025.
