The Class A QOOB Business Centre located in Moscow’s upmarket district of Fili-Davydkovo, has started selling offices in Building B, reports Dominanta, the developer. The building is now in high completion status with the monolithic works almost finished and glazing of façades underway. The property is to be completed in 4Q 2025.

As a reminder, the QOOB Business Centre consists of two ten-storey buildings with a total area of 21 450 m². Building Q, which went on sale last year and is already more than 60% sold, offers lots from 53 m². Building B is selling offices in whole floors from 797 to 1093 m². Flexible layouts allow the space to adapt to individual business needs. Prices for offices start from 27.1 mRUB and buyers are offered an interest-free instalment until the end of construction.

The architectural concept of QOOB is in a modern style: the façades are fully clad in glass, the ground floors have lobbies and retail premises, while the upper floors have operable roofs with open lounge areas for relaxation and work. The lobby looks spectacular due to the two-light space with stained glass glazing, 9-meter high ceilings and high-quality finishing materials. The interiors are in light colours with bright accents to emphasize individuality. Ceiling height in the offices is 3.6 to 3.7 meters.

The property provides an underground heated car park with a contactless entry and exit system. Silent high-speed lifts will be installed in the buildings. The business centre provides 24-hour security with CCTV, IP video telephony with digital passes. In particular, the employees and guests will use contactless QR codes or BLE tags to pass through the turnstiles on the ground floor. The residents will also use the internal services via the integrated Smart Office systems on their smartphones.

QOOB has good transport accessibility with the Kuntsevskaya Metro Station. Skolkovo is 15 minutes, the Moscow City Business District 20 minutes, the Vnukovo Airport and Government House half an hour away.
