Construction begins on the hideOUT Residential Complex in Ramenki
Dominanta Development Company has received a construction permit for a new project in Moscow: hideOUT. This premium residential complex will be located at 3rd Setunsky Proezd, land plot 10. The Mosgosstroynadzor construction monitoring agency issued the permit on June 13. Previously, Dominanta had successfully completed the project documentation review and received approval from the government experts.
The complex on the 1.7-hectare plot will comprise two residential towers, 34 and 49 stories tall, connected by a bridge at the 22nd floor level. The complex will consist of 665 apartments in totals, with Euro-style layouts featuring 1 to 4 bedrooms and combined kitchen and dining areas. hideOUT will offer several exclusive residence formats: duplex units with patios on the 23rd floor, "floating" apartments in the bridge's side sections with curved windows and no neighboring units above or below, as well as penthouses with 6.35-meter ceilings. Additionally, an area of over 1,000 square meters inside the bridge will be converted into a private infrastructure for residents called SocialHUB. It will encompass spaces for relaxation, sports, entertainment, and remote work with panoramic views of Moscow 80 meters above ground.
The two skyscrapers reach heights of 140 and 190 meters respectively. Their striking architectural design is the work of Ivan Grekov, head of KAMEN ARCHITECTS. The towers are positioned at an angle that provides over 85% of the apartments with picturesque views over the Moskva River, Park Pobedy, Vorobyovy Gory, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the City district.
The residential complex is located in one of the city's greenest and most environmentally friendly areas, close to Moscow's largest nature reserve, the Setun River Valley, as well as Vorobyovskaya Embankment, which is the starting point of the Vorobyovy Gory — Neskuchny Garden — Gorky Park — Museon walking route along the Moskva River. Just a kilometer away from the complex, drivers can use the convenient exit to the Third Transport Ring. Kutuzovsky Avenue lies within 3 km, and the Garden Ring, within just 5.7 km. A few minutes' ride by any transport will take residents to the Moscow City business district and the largest sports cluster, Luzhniki.

The sale conditions enable buyers to pay 50% of the full price of the apartment under the purchase and sale agreement and pay the balance in equal quarterly installments until May 31, 2025.
