The Dominanta Development Company has received the construction permit for a new project in Moscow: the SVET Business Class Housing Estate to be located in the Zapadnoe Degunino district at: Dmitrovskoye Shosse, vld. 83a. The official document was issued by the Moscow Construction Authority. The developer has successfully passed the state expert examination of the design documentation and received a positive opinion.

The total area of the property is 52.2k m² The 52-storey skyscraper has 662 flats: from one- to three-room lots with 3-meter high ceilings, the upper floors will house view flats with second-level space. The underground will accommodate two levels of car park and storage rooms. A smart home system will be integrated to manage the estate.
