Moscomarchitecture has approved the architectural and town-planning solution (the AGR) of a high-rise business-class housing estate in the north of Moscow. Dominanta will be the developer of the project.

The author of the architectural concept is the SPEECH Bureau. “For the façades of the new high-rise dominant building, we have chosen distinctly modern materials: glass and stainless steel. These are the materials that will embody the dynamics and visual lightness of the project to highlight the skyscraper in its neighborhood and, in combination with the sculptural silhouette, create a striking accent in an actively developing location,” commented Igor Chlenov, Chief Architect and Managing Partner of the SPEECH Architectural Bureau:

“Spectacular mirror facades with stained glass glazing create a light and changeable appearance of the building depending on the weather and time of day complemented with original architectural illumination of the building and landscape.

“The futuristic shape of the façade endows the skyscraper with dynamics and aspiration upwards but at the same time creates a weightless, light feeling flooding the residential interior with light to the maximum. This estate is designed for life and self-realisation of active and progressive people who are close to ultra-modern architecture”, sums up Maria Alexandrova, Dominanta’s Product and Advertising Director.

The housing estate will be built in the Zapadnoe Degunino neighborhood at: Dmitrovskoye Shosse, 83a. The estate will be 180 meters high: 52 above-ground and 2 under-ground floors. The total area of 52.2k m² will accommodate housing, infrastructure and commercial facilities on the ground floors, as well as an underground car park.

Two metro stations – Seligerskaya and Verkhniye Likhobory – are located near the site where the high-rise complex will stand, as well as convenient exits to the Dmitrovskoye Highway and the North-Eastern Chord.
