Installment plans for apartments in completed Hide building available
Those who intend to purchase a parking slot and/or storeroom together with an apartment are also eligible for installment plans: the first installment will be 10% for the parking slot and 20% for the storeroom; the balance must be paid in equal quarterly payments also until May 31, 2025.
Buyers, however, will receive the keys to their apartments as early as after paying the first installment to be able to start interior finishing early on which will significantly bring the moment of moving to their new homes closer.
As a reminder, the hide residential complex is located in the prestigious Ramenki district at the address: 8, 1st Setunsky Lane. The project consists of three 41-storeyed 150-meter-high skyscrapers. The architectural concept for the project was developed by ADM, a leading Moscow office. Each tower has its own color and façade design, creating a single, complete image.
The project has a total of 863 apartments ranging from 32 to 274 sqm in size, including luxury penthouses on the upper floors. Ceiling heights vary from 3.25 to 5.2 m. The apartments are offered to buyers with white box finish. The residential complex also has a two-level parking lot with 684 parking slots and 29 slots for motorcycles.
The gated and guarded area features its own infrastructure on the ground floors. The space will house a supermarket, restaurant, bakery, beauty salon and children's entertainment center. The central grand lobby will accommodate a reception desk, an area for collecting online purchases as well as co-working and recreation spaces such as meeting rooms, a library, a lobby bar and a soft area with a bio-fireplace.
The hide RC is located next to the largest nature reserves "Setun River Valley" and Vorobyovy Gory, Neskuchny Garden, Gorky Park, Muzeon. The Third Transport Ring as just two minutes away, Kutuzovsky Avenue is just five minutes away, with Moscow City, Moscow State University or Luzhniki being just ten minutes away.
