The hide Residential Complex has been commissioned

Dominanta Development Company has received permission to commission hide, its premium-class residential complex in Ramenki. The total project area is 87,455.5 square meters. The property has been assigned its own postal address at 1st Setunsky proezd, 8, Ramenki Municipal District, Moscow. MR Group was the project's partner.

The hide Residential Complex consists of three 41-story skyscrapers, each 150 meters tall. Each tower has a unique facade design and color scheme, along with its own name: the silver Westdale Tower faces west, the anthracite Riverside Tower stands closest to the Setun River, and the brass Parklane Tower is surrounded by the courtyard's greenery. Together, the three towers merge into a holistic architectural unit, designed by the leading Moscow bureau ADM.

In total, the project offers 863 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 274 sq. m, including deluxe penthouses on the upper floors. Ceiling heights range from 3.25 to 5.2 meters. Apartments are handed over to buyers with white box finish. The residential complex also features a two-level parking lot with 684 parking spaces and 29 spaces for motorcycles.

The hide Residential Complex has a closed, guarded territory with its own infrastructure on the ground floors, including plans for a supermarket, restaurant, bakery, beauty salon, children's development center, and more. Residents will be able to access the gated community through a freestanding building with a colonnade, which is where the central grand lobby is located. It houses the reception, an area for picking up online purchases, and spaces for work and relaxation: meeting rooms, a library, a lobby bar, and a lounge with soft seats and a bio fireplace.

The hide Residential Complex is located in one of Moscow's most prestigious districts, enjoying both a proximity to the center and an abundance of green areas. Nearby are major nature reserves: Setun River Valley and Vorobyovy Gory; along with Neskuchny Garden, Gorky Park, and Museon. It takes just two minutes to drive to the Third Ring Road, five minutes to reach Kutuzovsky Avenue, and ten minutes to get to either Moscow City, Moscow State University, or Luzhniki.
