Dominanta presents new business center NOON

The Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning has approved the urban architectural solution (UAS) for the new ten-storey NOON business center on Okskaya Street. The project is being implemented in the southeast Moscow, near the Okskaya metro station, a few kilometers from Ryazansky and Volgogradsky avenues and only 6 km from the North-Eastern Chord of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter. The building's original triangular shape, rounded corners, and vibrant, dynamic crimson-colored facades boldly stand out from its surroundings, giving it a self-sufficient and independent character. The business center will provide meeting rooms, inviting coffee areas, and offices equipped for online negotiations on each floor, as well as an accessible rooftop area. It will also feature an underground parking lot for 58 cars.
