Alexander Tsypkin Becomes Ambassador for the LCD

Russian writer, playwright, and screenwriter Alexander Tsypkin has become an ambassador for the flagship hideOUT project developed by Dominanta. Tsypkin was so impressed by the project that he agreed to take on this role.

On August 5, Alexander shared on his social media: "Oksana and I were dining in a restaurant with a stunning view, and we realized that we often desire to wake up with a bird's eye view of Moscow. I'm contemplating purchasing an additional (investment) apartment for just such occasions. What new, unconventional projects are available in Moscow? We could be under construction. It shouldn't be too far from the city center."

To gather insights, the writer consulted not only his readers but also professionals in the market. After reviewing various proposals, he ultimately chose hideOUT, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Moskva River, Luzhniki, Vorobyovy Gory, and Moscow State University in one direction, and Poklonnaya Gora and the City area in the other.

Details about his decision have yet to be revealed. Alexander assures his followers that he will later explain what specifically influenced his choice of this residential complex: "I am not just buying an apartment in hideOUT; I am also becoming an ambassador for a truly remarkable project. Why? I will elaborate on that later..."

It is worth noting that hideOUT does not offer studios, but instead features a wide array of layouts with 1-4 bedrooms, including spacious kitchen-dining areas. Apartments with two or more bedrooms come equipped with 2-3 bathrooms. Unique listings will soon be available for sale—duplex apartments with patios on the 23rd floor, "soaring" apartments featuring radius windows, and luxury penthouses with ceiling heights of 6.35 meters.

Along with their apartments, residents will have access to SocialHUB, a vast private infrastructure encompassing areas for recreation, sports, work, and entertainment on the 22nd floor. This space spans over 1,000 square feet, with maintenance costs covered by rental income from commercial spaces located on the lower floors.

The underground section will include a parking lot with 557 spaces as well as storage units. The first floors will be dedicated to commercial premises; the developer has chosen to retain management of these spaces to ensure a selection of popular stores and services for the complex’s residents.

The landscaped courtyard will occupy a significant portion of the inner territory and will provide residents with various leisure activities. Recreation areas will be established, paths will wind along a natural stream, and a cascading waterfall will enhance the central square, complete with an amphitheater. The landscape design will feature hypoallergenic trees and plants, creating a vibrant atmosphere year-round.
