QOOB Business Center wins Best Office Awards 2024

Dominanta's QOOB Business Center has won the Best Office Awards 2024 in the Best Prospects category, which covers office projects that are still under construction.

The international Best Office Awards have been taking place since 2010. Winners are determined by a vote from an interdisciplinary panel of over 30 industry experts. The architect and the customer always receive their reward in tandem. Thus, the award for the QOOB BC went to both the developer Dominanta and the architectural bureau IND Architects.

"It's very important to us to ensure that every Dominanta project becomes a special event for the city and its residents. And QOOB was no exception — IND's task was to create a Class A business center that would have its own unique character and distinct personality while also serving as a comfortable workplace for its occupants," noted Maria Aleksandrova, Dominanta's Director of Product and Advertising .

The QOOB Business Center stands on Alexey Sviridov Street, at the intersection of Kutuzovsky Avenue and Rublevskoye Highway, which turns it into a strategically located point on the Western District's business axis, right between Moscow City and Skolkovo. The total area of the business center is 21,450 sq. m. Each building's roof will feature an open terrace where the business center's occupants will be able to take a break during the workday, complete tasks on their laptops while enjoying the fresh air, or host events with a cityscape backdrop. The lobby, with its eye-catching design, 9-meter ceilings, and panoramic glazing, deserves a special mention. It includes a reception area, a lounge with soft seats for waiting and meeting with guests, and much more. The business center's occupants and visitors will have access to car parking. The group floors will be used for stores and cafes. The project's commissioning is scheduled for Q4 2025.
