QOOB facade glazing underway

The construction of the QOOB business center comprising two 21,450 sqm buildings is on schedule. As of today, in-situ concreting operations are being completed in building Q with the last 10th level being erected. The glazing of the facades has already begun in building Q and taking place in sync according to the project developer, Dominanta. In building B, in-situ concreting operations are proceeding at the 6th level.

Located at the intersection of Kutuzovsky Avenue and Rublevskoye Highway, the QOOB business center is going to feature energy-efficient stained glass with a mirror coating as envisaged by the developer which will optimize energy costs by reducing heat loss in wintertime and air conditioning costs in summer. As a reminder, the project will be put into operation by the end of 2025.

So far, office space blocks of at least 53 sqm are offered for sale in building Q with a lot price starting from RUB 25.5 million. Flexible layouts enable combining several blocks and may cover the entire floor. Building B that has an area of 10.8 thousand sqm will be sold as a single lot and is suitable for housing the headquarters of a major business.

The high status of the residents will be emphasized by a spacious cheerful lobby with bright orange accents and 9 m ceilings. Outdoor co-working and recreation areas will be available on the trafficable roofs of both buildings. The ground floors will accommodate cafes and retail space. Smart Office functions will allow residents to enjoy the business center’s internal services using a mobile app. The underground parking will feature a license plate recognition system.
