Building 2 of the QOOB Business Centre starts sales
The Class A QOOB Business Centre located in Moscow’s upmarket district of Fili-Davydkovo, has started selling offices in Building B, reports Dominanta, the developer. The building is now in high completion status with the monolithic works almost finished and glazing of façades underway. The property is to be completed in 4Q 2025.
As a reminder, the QOOB Business Centre consists of two ten-storey buildings with a total area of 21 450 m². Building Q, which went on sale last year and is already more than 60% sold, offers lots from 53 m². Building B is selling offices in whole floors from 797 to 1093 m². Flexible layouts allow the space to adapt to individual business needs. Prices for offices start from 27.1 mRUB and buyers are offered an interest-free instalment until the end of construction.
