First cube of concrete poured at QOOB construction site

On February 21, the QOOB project reached a new milestone as the first batch of concrete was poured into the foundation of the class "A" business center. Development company Dominanta, together with the general contractor MonolitTekhStroy, placed a symbolic time capsule with a message to future generations in the foundation of the future building, expressing hope that Dominanta's inaugural office project will become a new landmark. "I hope that QOOB Business Center will be one of those projects that each of us can proudly show to our children," said Dominanta CEO Dennis Borodako. QOOB Business Center is located on Alekseya Sviridova Street, at the intersection of Kutuzovsky Avenue and Rublevskoye Highway. It will comprise two 10-story buildings with a total area of 21,450 m2. Commissioning is scheduled for Q4 2025.
