HideOUT: a new premium-class residential project in western Moscow

Dominanta makes its debut in western Moscow with HideOUT, a bold skyscraper that defines premium residential living. The residential complex will be situated at 10, 3rd Setunsky Proezd. The architects from KAMEN bureau have connected the two towers of varying heights (49 and 34 floors) with a bridge at the 22nd floor level, which serves both aesthetic and public purposes. The residential complex features a striking glass facade that captures the dynamic essence of the city's vertical architecture. "The towers have a distinctly bold character, discernible best from a distance. This is the new format of Moscow high-rises," says project architect Ivan Grekov. The angle of rotation of the towers allows most of the apartments to offer picturesque views of the Moskva River, Victory Park, Sparrow hills, M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Moscow-City. Denis Borodako, CEO of Dominanta development company, explains: "The English word 'hideout' was chosen intentionally. Residents will have every opportunity to live and thrive without needing to leave their homes. We are building HideOUT for bold, free-spirited individuals who reject clichés and prejudices. This is how we foster a community of like-minded individuals. It will be an exceptionally clear and rational residence with no unnecessary elements." A landscaped courtyard, designed based on the principles of bionic architecture, occupies the majority of the inner space. It is designed in the style of "Singapore in the backyard": the central square will feature an amphitheater with a cascading waterfall and a real stream, surrounded by pathways and recreational areas. Courtyard landscaping involves planting hypoallergenic trees, shrubs, and flower beds that will keep the yard vibrant year-round.
